THE MEDICAL
AID© - The process of assessing competence
in any given role is based on establishing that individuals not
only have a sufficient level of knowledge and understanding of the
subject but can also fulfil and demonstrate the practicalities demanded
of the role.
Accordingly, the aim of The Medical Aid© is
to: |
 |
Provide the candidate with the
theoretical knowledge required in respect of the course selected
|
| |
|
 |
Assess their knowledge
and understanding of the subject in accordance with accepted competency
based protocols |
| |
The knowledge gained from working through The Medical Aid© is complemented
by attendance at a practical training and assessment course provided
by a training facility of your choosing.
Given that the theoretical elements of the respective courses will
have been imparted and assessed through use of The Medical Aid©
- the remaining timescale in respect of practical training and assessment
is considerably reduced - typically by up to 50%. Professionally
qualified instructors and assessors provide all practical training
and appropriate certification is issued from this point. |
| |
The Medical Aid© offers an innovative approach and solution
to competence-based training when compared to traditional course
delivery methods as: |
 |
The pace at which
users choose to gain their knowledge and understanding is wholly
determined by them - unlike traditional classroom based courses
